Christine Lombardi: Sr Regional Manager
Christine Lombardi is the Sr. Regional Manager for Impro synergies. Christine began her Career with Impro synergies in 2014 as a Property Manager at one of our communities on the Treasure Coast. Christine was promoted to regional manager and has since trained and guided other staff for success. She has a hands-on leadership style and specializes in troubled assets. Christine has a 100% success rate of turning properties around, building a strong team with longevity and working hand and hand with our Operational Team. She has 29 years of knowledge with all state and federally funded housing programs, leads her teams with compliance knowledge and believes in cross training for all positions. She is superb at analyzing budgets, expenses, contracts, and deferred maintenance. Prior to Impro Synergies she worked for another LIHTC company for 10 years and a receivership company and helped rehabilitate sites that were in foreclosure. She has done lease up for new construction also.
